The new Truepress Jet1600UV-F2 enables vivid, full-color printing of signs and displays at faster speeds and with even wider visual impact. This easy-to-use flatbed device’s advanced functionalities provide significant benefits in the production of backlit graphics, wide-format posters, point-of-purchase displays, commercial furniture and construction signage.

Post-cure unit

The Truepress Jet1600UV-F2 comes standard with a high-productivity post-cure unit. The unit’s secondary curing light accelerates the hardening of inks, resulting in throughput of up to 254 square feet per hour.

Clear inks

The Truepress Jet1600UV-F2 also supports the use of clear inks (only available for ‘Hard’ type inks). The clear inks can be applied to desired points on the sheet to create a spot gloss or spot matte finish.

Multi-layer printing

You can take advantage of the special features of UV curing in multi-layered printing to achieve three-dimensionality and emboss effects that utilize the thickness of inks.

Optional roll unit

This option permits continuous printing onto flexible roll-fed media, including paper, PET and PVC.

UV-LED light source

Inks are hard-dried using UV rays produced by dedicated light emitting diodes (LEDs). The UV-LED light source generates very low heat, enabling imaging of such heat-sensitive materials as foam and channel boards, PVC, acrylic and styrene panels without warping or distortions.
